Site Engineer (Civil Infrastructure)
Job Description

- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work. - Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program. - Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works. - Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors. - Handle of technical and engineering problems. - Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, - Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time. - Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary - Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat. - Supervise ongoing site activities closely. - Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. - Supervise tunneling operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. - Work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. - Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards in construction practices and materials used. - Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Min. 3 years of working experience, preferably in LTA projects - Experience in managing D/wall and Borepiling and Tunneling Projects. - Experience in managing ERSS and Structure and Tunneling Projects - Experience in managing under pinning work.
