Summary:
Responsible for the performance of the Mechanical equipment with the objectives of achieving continual gas supply to the customer, leveraging organizational capabilities in response to business needs of our customers while maintaining company business objectives and ensuring that at all levels the safety standards are strictly adhered, to achieve the Company’s safety objective and targets.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Safety & IMS Compliance : Adhere to work permit systems, maintain a zero-accident record, actively participate in safety meetings, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities. You'll also review and update Mechanical maintenance SOPs.
Maintenance Activity Management : Take ownership of all mechanical equipment (static and rotating) across production plants and onsite locations. Plan and execute scheduled maintenance programs, manage budgets, record activities in CMMS (MAXIMO), and prepare monthly reports. You'll also oversee equipment upgrade projects, manage spare parts availability, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Reliability Management : Participate in investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) of reliability incidents, follow up on mitigation plans, and capitalize on learnings.
Training & Qualification : Complete all required individual and company training plans and qualifications on time, complying with legal requirements.
Are you a MATCH?
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an industrial plant environment. * Good command of English for effective communication with the Cluster Industrial Direction Team, overseas suppliers, and vendors. * Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required. * Proficiency in handling both static and rotating equipment. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
