Responsibilities
* Lead and support Operational Excellence initiatives across the organization. * Apply advanced industrial engineering principles to improve safety, compliance, quality, delivery, and morale. * Conduct time and motion studies, observe work processes, and identify inefficiencies. * Perform root cause analysis and stratify losses to pinpoint improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement enhanced processes, technologies, policies, and standard work. * Ensure improvements are delivered within scope of safety, compliance, cost, and timeliness. * Utilize modification and extension of existing industrial engineering theories and practices. Use data analysis and performance assessments to support continuous improvement.

Solid foundation in industrial engineering principles and practices.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
