Job Description We are seeking for a Fleet Engineer who will ensure the proper technical, operational, and administrative management of the assigned fleet customer, acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company. The primary goal is to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support, technical expertise, and continuous monitoring of fleet performance. A technically skilled and analytical professional with strong customer relationship abilities, capable of managing large fleet accounts and ensuring operational efficiency through accurate, responsive, and reliable support. Main Activities
- Serve as the main focal point between the fleet customer and the company. - Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. - Provide specialized technical support in response to customer inquiries or requirements. - Analyze technical and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and cost optimization. - Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, service indicators, and contractual compliance. - Ensure proper execution of warranty processes, technical campaigns, and service procedures. - Collaborate with internal departments (Service, Parts, Sales, Operations) to ensure comprehensive customer experience. - Promote continuous improvement in fleet management processes to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Mechanical Engineer or related field. - Minimum of 3 years in fleet management or customer account handling for fleet clients.
Technical Knowledge
- Automotive maintenance and vehicle systems. - Data analysis and interpretation of technical indicators. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis). - Languages: Intermediate English (able to communicate in technical environments).
