What you will do:

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing, commissioning of Marine Fire Detection, Protection & Suppression systems.

How you will do it:

- Perform design and prepare engineering drawings (2D/3D) and documentation as per customer’s/project requirements. - Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements. - Responsible for technical planning and project scheduling to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the projects. - Liaise and maintain good relationship with customers, subcontractors and suppliers. - Manage project contractual terms and conditions. - Manage project budget/cost tracking on costing of materials and labor, progress billing, etc. - Attend clarification or site meetings and prepare progress report. - Compilation and submission of all documentations as required as per the project requirements. - Able to travel overseas as required by Company. - Support in identifying and pursuing variation order opportunities. - MX Consys Programming for addressable fire detection and alarm systems

What we look for:

- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Marine Engineering or other relevant trades. - At least 5 years’ experience in Marine Offshore Protection System with related experience in project executions. - Good knowledge of Marine Classification Rules & Regulations, Basic knowledge IT systems, such as SCADA, PLC. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices, including risk management, threat modeling, and incident response. - Familiar with Fire Detection, Protection & Suppression systems. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel. - Resourceful, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen. - Able to work independently and deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Positive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting for addressable fire detection and alarm systems
