- Identify and define engineering problems related to research or development objectives - Design and execute research plans, studies, and experiments - Analyze technical data, test results, and performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and refine solutions - Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders - Recommend technical improvements and contribute to process optimization
Qualifications & Skill: Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field - Demonstrated ability to conduct engineering research, data analysis, or product development - Proficiency working with engineers across disciplines to support integrated project needs - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, or simulation tools - Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or chemical/process modeling tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and presentations - Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively within a team environment
