### Responsibilities
* Provide expert technical support to clients for various tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding clients through the resolution process. * Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. * Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help clients understand technology better. * Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant assistance. * Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction. ### Requirements * Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential. * Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably with exposure to top tech products. * Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. * Excellent communication skills, emphasizing a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers. * Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and helpdesk ticketing systems is a plus. * Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. * A proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving service offerings. * Flexibility to work shifts as required to accommodate client needs. ### Benefits 1.
