* Review the requests from the project to verify the allocation and available budget. * Maintain project records of cost data for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources. * Assemble data for the preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts. * Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance. * Verify the data received from the project related to the forecast report * Implement the project forecast report * Check the actual cost of the project monthly and verify the norms. * Update the project financials and compare with the plan. ## Desired Candidate Profile * Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, or similar technical qualification. * Minimum 7 years of experience in project controls for contracting industry operations. * Previous experience with recognized international standard companies, particularly in Middle East operations and EPC projects. * Ability to communicate and work using English. * Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (all essential). * Working with ORACLE or SAP
