Control Systems Engineer (m/f/d) full-time, permanent employment
This position will report to the Head of Tracker Control and will work closely with Engineering Teams.
Tasks
* Test and validate new solutions for solar tracker control systems * Collaborate with external EMS partners for the further development of AC and DC tracker control systems * Perform measurements on solar tracker control systems for certification processes * Create specific manuals and required documentation * Provide root cause analysis reports for technical claims * Create design guidelines and bill of materials for the electrical design of solar power plants * Support and collaborate with product management, project execution, engineering, purchasing, sales and after sales. * Develop and maintain programming codes for solar tracking algorithms using Python, Linux and other current programming languages. * Check and create electronic design of circuit boards.
Requirements
* Have an university engineering degree (B.Eng./B.Sc., M.Eng./M.Sc.) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar engineering degree or higher. * High documentation and communication skills. * Fluent written and spoken English and German language. * Own strong coordination skills as well as very good time-management. * An outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal, intercultural skills and “can do” attitude. * Ability to carry independent tasks in an organized way. * Knowledge in long and medium range wireless communication systems. * Experience in managing the development of technical products is an advantage. * Willingness to travel (20%). * Driving license.
