TrueSight Operations Management:
* Strong experience with Truesight Operations Management version 11 and later * Experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support of BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC Helix Operations Management * Strong understanding of Event Management concepts. * Experience in integrations between TrueSight with other 3rd party products for data & events. * Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle and other components as per requirement * Hands-on Experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM * Experience in Configuring events using MRL/BAROC as per requirement * Experience in Analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts * Ability to generate performance and capacity reports and provide solution * Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components * Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments * Work closely with application teams to provide solutions across various requirements & problems. * Readiness to work in Shifts, if required.
